OMASAKE's philosophy is simple: to break the misconception that people have of sake. Sake is neither a strong spirit nor a rice wine, but the result of an ancestral culture dating back over 1000 years.
Called nihonshu in Japan, sake is presented here in a unique, modern setting, and represented with particular rigor through a large number of references carefully selected by our sommelier team, giving OMASAKE one of the most extensive cellars available.
Our menu is not limited to sake. In order to offer the most enjoyable and coherent tasting experience, we enhance it with creative plates to share, designed by our chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga to match our exceptional bottles to perfection.
In addition to sake, cocktails inspired by key elements of Japanese culture complement our menu.
